Luann is an experienced insurance professional with 47 years of service. She has an extensive background that includes both personal and commercial lines exposures varying from construction, commercial real estate, retail businesses to technology. Specialties include reviewing insurance contracts, alongside client vendor contracts, to assure the broadest form of coverage and receiving the best value for their dollar.

Luann holds licenses in Property & Casualty/Life, Accident, Health and HMO. Her designations include Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Commercial Lines Customer Service (CLCS) and Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP).

In her spare time, she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband.
