Your phone has a do not disturb button, use it! If you have a child at home and need to leave your phone on but don’t need those annoying text reminders/emails this is the perfect solution! If a person is on your “favorites” list the calls will come through but nothing else will.
Tip 2: Sleep
If you have a particular day that you really need to focus make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep the night before. This will make it easier for you to focus and for you to concentrate on each task without feeling drowsy or defeated.
Tip 3: Stay Hydrated
Water has been proven to wake the brain up and drinking a cup of water right when you wake up will help keep you positive and motivated throughout the day. Having a busy day we forget to drink water because we get so focused and into our tasks. Not drinking enough water is one of the main causes of an afternoon crash, that and caffeine.
Tip 4: Schedule
Make a schedule to plan out what to study or your tasks for every hour. This is creates less stress on you to rush through everything. Just make a list and prioritize, you know yourself and how quickly you can process certain information so don’t make it to hard.
Tip 5: Positivity
No matter what stay positive! Do not let yourself be negative about whatever you are doing. Staying positive and telling yourself you can do it every once in awhile gives you the mental ability to accomplish more and be more confident going into your day-to-day life.
